- Residential containers are self-supporting in design and are transported and delivered as turnkey constructions. A firmly welded, torsion-resistant steel frame forms a spatial unit. The frames are modified in accordance with ISO standards and can be assembled and connected as needed, either side by side, one behind the other, or one above the other.
- By removing the exterior walls or installing dividing partitions, spaces of any size can be created (offices, reception areas, social facilities, etc.). Excellent insulation properties contribute to lower operating costs. Overall, this is a quick and economical solution with the possibility of subsequent use in other locations.

Equipment:
- Floor – 22 mm cement board, 1.5 mm PVC, insulation.
- Equipment – 875 x 2125 mm ISO entrance door, 945 x 1200 mm window with roller shutter.
- Electrical installation – standard / ČSN – 400V / 32A / 5 poles, CEE sockets recessed in the frame, (lights, sockets). Heating – 2 kW direct heating panel.
- Residential and sanitary containers consist of: a frame made of welded steel construction, mineral wool insulation, 0.60 mm painted galvanized sheet metal cladding, a roof made of 0.63 mm trapezoidal galvanized sheet metal with a vapor barrier and insulation, walls made of laminated DTD in white or wood decor with a vapor barrier and insulation, and the option of supplying a range of additional equipment such as window and door grilles.
